Free Computer Time Still Available

On Tuesday I posted the first of our weekly Tuesday's Teasers. The first three people to email me the correct answer receive a free period of computer time, work done or not. (Does not include test or quiz days). There are still two hours to be awarded and the teaser is a basic proportion problem--everyone can do it.
